I recently got a nice sum of money from my grandparents to rebuild my system, get new software and add-onset.
I love Captain Sim, but the Level-D.man, what a beauty.
Basically I am starting over with my computer world. Here you will be able to get the latest information and news about the product, see many additional screenshots not shown here, retrieve accessory downloads, get technical support, and discuss the Level D 767 with other virtual 767 pilots. I an working on redoing my whole computer, getting whole new addons that are pay ware, and getting new flight planning software. Level D Sim has setup a special website dedicated to the 767. Ok, so I think I have made my decision, I will get the QW757 and the Leveld 767 based on what you have said here, and what I have read and heard elsewhere. Flying in FS9 with all my settings as high as I can get pushing 70+ FPS the CS bird I can only get close to 40 FPS I have the LDS767 the QW757 and the CS757 and from what I have observed is that the CS model is a bit heavy of FPS even with the system I have. When I first opened the box, I thought I'd gotten a small hub by mistake. (of course, this comes from one who almost exclusively flies with 2D panel) Meridian Data Inc., Scoffs Valley, Calif. The three things I noticed different from the Level-D 767 and the PSS 757 was The VHF Radio is not modeled in the PSS 757 There is no one button Grnd Service in the PSS The First Officer doesn't handle your flaps and gear in the PSS.Īside from those, I could sit down in the PSS and swear that Level-D had modeled it. I haven't tried other 67s, but I tried several 57s. "American 1482, your APU is leaking baggage." The Captain Sim 757 is very similar to the 767: very well modeled, looks great, but heavy on frames. Again, the systems aren't fully modeled (but way more so than the CLS) but the model looks great and the soundpack is astonishing! I love to crank up my speakers when I have her out. As far as the QualityWings 757 is concerned it's a very great aircraft. It is a bit heavier on frames compared to the LevelD, however. The Captain Sim is nice, because you can get the -200 model too. I would stay away from the CLS, as the systems modeling isn't complete. Some may decry the VC switches not all being modeled in 3D, but I hardly noticed it after a few flights.ĬS products also impact your FPS much harder than the Level-D and QW do as well. You'll find the majority of payware 767 users here are using the Level-D. The Level-D was designed with input by RW 767 captains and F/Os, while it's my understanding that the CS was not. If anybody can help me decide that would be great! i have looked at the websites and they look almost the same, but i vear to the QW and Captain Sim and CLS. Before i buy them i want to know what is the difference between the CLS and Captain sim versions. So i was thinking about buying the QW757 and the Leveld 767.
